[Rick Roll Flash]

Haha yes!

I found this very amusing. I'm so used to browsing forums and seeing threads like "OMG DID U SEE THIS VIDEO!?!?!?" then I click the link and it's Rick Roll dancin' and singin'. 10/10 and 5/5 for the ingenious idea of bringing it to newgrounds! It would've been funnier had you made the title and thumbnail something totally different from Rick Roll.

Great start.

Out of all the first flashes people make this is one of the best first flashes i've seen. If you could revise this and make the characters go beyond stick animation, make it longer, add music, etc you'd have at least a 9 in my book.

[Spongebob Sickpants]

Spongebob will always have a place in my heart.

But this was just something else. Very funny, overall well thought out flash in relation to the actual SpongeBob SquarePants series. Try to hold more of a storyline so viewers are more inclined to watch the whole thing if they've never seen SpongeBob - I'd assume most SpongeBob fans will be delighted to watch this.

You're missing two of my stars because the animation got a little sloppy, it was just some small details. For instance:

1. SpongeBob has holes in him, he's a sponge.
2. SpongeBob's tie is two rhombuses, not a squiggly little red blob.
3. Patrick's pants have the classic "SpongeBob Flower" design on them. Not blank gray stuff.
4. Include Mr. Krabs, that'll add to the authenticity of the piece.
5. Add a scene which includes downtown Bikini Bottom, the urban area of SpongeBob SquarePants and really where a lot of "chaos" and "action" happens in the real series.
6. I always though that subtle, well placed "sensored" swear words like "What the *BEEP*" adds to the comical value of a flash and/or any movie, so throw a few of those in there for your next flashes, unless you want to remake this one.

I hope my constructive criticism helps, because I think adding what I suggested - in my opinion - would make this already awesome flash flawless!

Bland.

A lot of "predictable" behavior in your characters. Repetitive sounds. Didn't really get my attention well. Never laughed, not even once.

Waffles banging each other I'd imagine is appropriate for 13-16 year olds.

No doubt the author has talent.

MuleHaze. There's a lot of potential in you, I know it. The animation was good - by good, I mean met the standard, no real "wow" factor but I still enjoyed it - to a point I'd watch even if there was little to no storyline. Now, throw in your animation with a good plot and then we'll see. :)

6/10 may sound harsh, but without a story it's hard to hook the viewer on your flash.
